Downtown Southwest / Loring Park

Named after Charles Loring, Loring Park is a quaint community located just a few minutes southwest of the downtown Minneapolis region. The neighborhood serves as a gathering place for many events throughout the Minneapolis area because of it size and convenient location. Loring Park also offers beauty as you can see the downtown skyline from the neighborhood. It also has several older pieces of famous architecture in the entire state, including the Basilica of St. Mary, Hennepin Avenue Methodist Church and the Cathedral Church of St. Mark.
