Twin Lakes Business Park Project Page
The City of Roseville first targeted the 275-acre Twin Lakes Business Park for redevelopment in 1988, when the City established a tax increment finance (TIF) district for the area. About 170 acres remain to be redeveloped. The city held a series of twelve workshops to enable its Twin Lakes Stakeholder Panel to provide public comment relating to the development within Twin Lakes.

Rosedale Center has renovated and expanded the mall at the former Mervyns anchor location. The Plaza at Rosedale Center opened on November 1, 2006.
Tenants include AMC Theatres (14 screens, stadium seating) Granite City Food & Brewery, Borders, Talbots, Ann Taylor Loft, Panera Bread, Williams-Sonoma and more.

Conceptual Building Renderings
The owner of 185 N McCarrons Blvd (Guptil Contracting) has received concept plan approval from the City Council to construct a 43 unit condominium building on the south side of the property and 5 small lot single family homes or townhomes on the north side of the property. The project is in conformance with the ideas generated from the McCarrons Neighborhood Study and Master Plan developed through residential neighborhood meetings and approved by the City Council in August 2004.
