Robbinsdale 42nd & Regent Development
The redevelopment of the old school site includes single family homes east of Regent, a 60-unit senior co-op on the southwest corner of 42nd & Regent, and 140 townhome units. 58 of the townhome units are now occupied and 3 models are also open daily. Five single family homes have been constructed. The senior co-op market has changed and alternates are being explored. A concept for one-level senior cottages will be presented at the March 6 REDA meeting which starts at 6 p.m.Original Construction schedule:
