New Hope Gardening Gurus
Creativity will blossom at Gardening Gurus on Thursday, April 5. This spring break course, for kids in grades 1 to 5, involves a number of fun projects that will kind of grow on you. Participants will plant some wildflower seeds and create a tabletop moss terrarium, a grass head, and simple bird feeder. The class, scheduled from 10 to 11:30 a.m., will be held at Crystal Community Center, 4800 Douglas Drive. The cost is only $8 for resident of New Hope, Crystal, and Robbinsdale, or $10 for nonresidents.
