New Resident Packets contain information on Andover Council Members, recycling, garbage haulers, local school districts, Anoka County Driver License Bureaus, city map, park map, city drinking water report and a variety of other interesting facts.
If you are interested in receiving a New Resident Packet, please pick one up from the receptionist at city hall or contact us at 763-755-5100, and we can mail one to you.
