Residents are invited to attend a meeting in their part of town. Postcards are sent out informing citizens of the date and location along with the agenda.

- City Service highlights and staff that deliver them
- Neighborhood Policing
- Snowplowing
- Building Inspection
- Forestry
- Overview of City-wide development projects
