The City of Excelsior owns a number of docks, buoys, and slides, on its Lake Minnetonka shore.  These docks, buoys, and slides, are available for lease by anyone, but Excelsior residents get priority over non-residents. If you are a resident interested in leasing a dock, buoy, or slide, and wish to have your name added to the waiting list, please print and fill out the form at the bottom of this page and mail it to the City of Excelsior, 339 Third Street, Excelsior, MN  55331.
