2007 Community Gardens City of Buffalo The City of Buffalo will be taking reservations from community garden areas. The garden sites are located in Solbakken Park and West Pulaski Park. Solbakken Park can be accessed through Griffing Meadows, across from Pulaski Beach. The West Pulaski gardens are located in theWest Pulaski Park, off HWY 25, on the west side of Lake Pulaski. Both locations have a hose forwatering.

Individual garden plots are approximately 10’ x 20’. The garden area is measured, with stringmarking the perimeter of each plot. There is a 5-foot walkway down the center of the gardensite. Water is available by hose at one end of the garden.

If you would like to reserve a garden space, fill out the form below and mail it with your check to Buffalo Community Gardens, City of Buffalo, 212 Central Ave., Buffalo MN 55313. (You may reserve no more than 2 plots. In the event of a large amount of requests, gardeners may belimited to one spot each.) Once we receive your application and your payment, you will be assigned a garden plot. Returning gardeners are given first choice on garden plots, and then remaining sites are filled, first-come, first-serve.

DOGS AND OTHER FAMILY PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE GARDENS. Please be considerate of others and leave your pets at home.

Gardens will be tilled and ready to plant by May 1st, weather permitting (additional ground preparation may be needed before planting) . Gardeners must clear their plots of stakes and any other items that should not be tilled by October 15th.
